Bucher was federal commissioner and spokesperson of Nashi (2007-2011), a pro-Putin youth movement funded by the Kremlin and often compared to Komsomol. Joined at age 15 in Sept 2005. Head of Moscow HQ and federal spokesperson from March 2007. In 2009, kissed Vladimir Putin at the Seliger forum, became subject of 2012 documentary 'Putin's Kiss'.
