No, no, no, keep bugging me. I tried to use what you sent me and I was told that I had to list all of my assets in the trust. I contacted a estate lawyer who said I could do a pour over well. I just started doing this today a few hours ago. ... of course you do not have to list. that is your executors job. you can say, all my assets go to cal tech. thats it. or 10 million to x 10 million to y and the rest to z.
