MATT DOOLEY RAS STRATEGY-TO-FORTERRA MAPPING: As Chief of Lethality and Robotics Branch at Army Capabilities Integration Center, Dooley was Principal Coordinating Author of the Army RAS Strategy (2017). The strategy's recommendations map DIRECTLY to Forterra's current programs: (1) Automated ground resupply convoys -> GEARS/ATV-S. (2) Leader-follower tactical vehicles -> AutoDrive/ExLF successor. (3) Route clearance and breaching -> RCV autonomous navigation + $114M breaching contract. (4) Unmanned combat vehicles -> RCV platform integration. (5) Reduce logistics convoy risk -> ROGUE-Fires. After retiring (~2015-2016), Dooley joined JHNA Inc (defense consulting SDVOSB), served as VP of NAMC consortium (FY2019), then joined Forterra as Defense Strategy Initiatives Lead.
