Fettah Tamince

Epstein had direct prior contact with Tamince: in Nov 2010, someone sent Epstein the contact info for Sebla, the secretary of Fettah Tamince, described as the owner of the hotel Rixos which we stayed at in Antalya Turkey. This confirms Epstein personally stayed at Rixos properties 7 years before the 2017 training program.

Epstein sent at least 2 young women for a 10-day Basic Therapist Training Program at Rixos Premium Belek Hotel in Antalya, Turkey (Jun 2017). Program covered Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Ayurveda. Lesley Groff coordinated logistics. Women's names redacted. Passports sent to Fettah Tamince (Rixos CEO) via his PA Sebla Soydan Bora. Epstein paid 5,230 EUR for the Rixos stay. Sultan Bin Sulayem was the connector between Epstein and Tamince.

Tamince is Turkish billionaire owner of Rixos Hotels chain. In June 2017, Sultan Bin Sulayem arranged for Epstein's personal masseuse (Lina, Russian passport holder) to undergo Basic Therapist Training Program at Rixos Premium Belek hotel in Antalya Turkey. Sulayem emailed Tamince office: She works as the personal masseuse at the private Spa of our friend Jeffery Epstien. Epstein paid 5230 EUR for 2-week stay (June 20-July 4, 2017). Sultan Bin Sulayem was the intermediary connecting Epstein to Tamince/Rixos. Sulayem was cc'd on training program emails, forwarded passport of the Russian masseuse to Tamince office, and personally instructed Rixos: Please train her on all the treatments. Epstein described his PA as my chief PA and asked if he should send another assistant along so she will be teaching the others after she learns.

Fettah Tamince and Rixos Hotels (Turkish hotel chain linked to Epstein 'training program' language) have no FARA registration. Turkey has 195 FARA-registered foreign principals -- the 19th most of any country. The absence is notable given Tamince's documented connections to both Turkish government circles and the Epstein network. Neither 'Tamince' nor 'Rixos' appears anywhere in FARA database.

Tamince public response (2026): Claims he never met Epstein personally. Said Sultan bin Suleiman is my friend, he asked for something, and we implemented it. His PA Sebla handled the arrangements during Tamince absence in Astana. Tamince deflected saying his assistant responded. However, documents show 30+ emails with Tamince name in header, and the training program was arranged through his personal office with his direct PA coordinating.

Rixos training program details: Sebla Soydan BORA (Director of Chairman Office / PA to Chairman Mr. Fettah Tamince) arranged a 10-day program at Land of Legends Spa in Antalya. Room booked at Rixos Premium Belek on all-inclusive basis. Two women were sent (Epstein: should she bring another assistant). Lesley Groff handled payment via Visa card. Credit card issues delayed payment (Amex not accepted for remote payment, Visa attempts failed). Total charge 5230 EUR confirmed.
