DEK-CO (UK) LTD (Companies House 06865246) is incorporated 31 March 2009, Active, FCA-regulated, address Suite 4 Cranbrook House, 61 Cranbrook Road, Ilford IG1 4PG. Director Anton Postolnikov is the co-owner of Paxum Bank (Dominica). FCA imposed severe restrictions on Dek-Co in September 2023.

IM Following Sp. z o.o. (Poland, KRS 875430) paid $1.16M+ USD into Andrew Tate's Global Currency Exchange account in 2022 as 'influencer marketing and processing' commissions

Business activities: web portals (63.12.Z), data processing (63.11.Z), public relations (70.21.Z), advertising intermediation, retail via internet. This is the Tate brothers' directly-owned Polish legal entity, mirroring Talisman Enterprises SRL (Romania) in name and activities.

Tate's own YouTube statement (in CCDC judgment): confirmed 70/30 revenue split with false 50/50 representation, and using tax control as a mechanism to 'control your woman' in webcam operation

CCDC v TTJ judgment, exhibit SLB/02 (YouTube transcript): EAT stated 'I used to pay my girls 30 percent so for every ten thousand dollars they made I'd give them three and I'd keep seven. They thought they were on fifty percent and I said that the disparity was because of taxes.' And: 'tax is also another important element for controlling your woman, they're not going to pay anybody tax because you're getting paid in Bitcoin... tell your girl that you're paying the tax because girls are lazy and girls are stupid.'
